Kathy Klotz-Guest MA, MBA, is a speaker, author, and stage improviser.
A former tech marketing executive with 23 years in marketing and comedy performing and writing, she founded Keeping it Human to help companies and teams solve big creativity, culture and communication challenges with applied improv so employees and customers thrive.
Kathy is the author of “Stop Boring Me! Creating Kick-Ass Marketing Content, Products and Ideas Through the Power of Improv” – a book Inc.com and Linkedin Business named a “CMO must-read.” Her speaking includes stages such as SXSW, IBM, Nasdaq, Social Media Marketing World, Kaiser Permanente, FunnyBizz SF, the PBWC Senior Leadership Forum, and Juniper Networks. She studied at ComedySportz, BATS, and Second City.
She runs a weekly comedy show in Silicon Valley called “Laugh Tracks,” and has written and performed 3 sold-out solo shows over the last three years. Her 9-year-old is still her favourite audience to make laugh.
