Beth Smith is the General Manager UK at Particular Audience, where she spearheads global account management and drives revenue growth through innovative customer success strategies. She plays a pivotal role in shaping the product roadmap to meet client needs and ensures data excellence by managing accurate client reporting and A/B testing. As the company expands into the UK and Europe, Beth is instrumental in building the regional operation from the ground up, establishing effective team structures, processes, and a strong company culture.
With 15 years of experience in retail, including a decade dedicated to digital transformation, Beth brings deep expertise and leadership to her role. Prior to joining Particular Audience in 2019, she served six years as Head of Ecommerce for IKEA UK & IE. She holds a degree in English Literature and French from Oxford University and a Masters in Fashion Management from the Domus Academy in Milan.
