Fiona is a Pitch 100 Superwoman, SheSays mentor, and proud mum of two girls, with over 20 years in commercial production.

A hands-on leader driven by craft and quality, she’s built high-performing teams across production houses and agencies to deliver the best results. 

Passionate about people as much as performance, she is creatively driven and commercially focused. She champions sustainable and more equitable production plus the need for a constant focus on mentoring the next generation of producer. She is currently engaged in an apprenticeship to focus on leadership within AI and Automation to keep focus on how the art of the possible is constantly evolving.
