LONDON, June 2026 - The global native advertising community gathered in spectacular fashion on June 11 to celebrate the defining work of the industry at the tenth annual Branded Content Awards 2026. Following the success of the US Edition Awards in New York this past April, the international stage shifted to London for a night dedicated to innovation, strategy, and powerful storytelling.
The energy inside Kings Place in London was electric. After months of anticipation, industry leaders, creators, and publishers came together to network, toast to their shared successes, and cheer on their peers. The evening celebration was a joyous reminder of the industry's resilience and creativity, with roaring applause, high spirits, and a collective passion that filled the room as the year's best work finally took the spotlight.
A Truly Global Benchmark
Now in its tenth year, the Branded Content Awards have officially cemented their status as the ultimate global benchmark for excellence in native advertising. This year’s edition saw the largest number of entries ever recorded, reflecting an industry experiencing unprecedented momentum.
What makes these awards unique is their unmatched global footprint. Submissions poured in from every single continent, showcasing how brands and publishers worldwide are pushing the boundaries of modern media. From massive multimedia campaigns in Asia and Europe to cutting-edge digital storytelling in Africa, the Americas, and Oceania, the shortlist represented a masterclass in cross-cultural engagement.
To evaluate this massive pool of work, a grand jury of over 250 leading global professionals thoroughly assessed submissions across 44 distinct categories.
The Big Winners of the Night
Among the heaviest hitters of the night were industry titans T Brand Studio, Sanoma Content Studio, Trustmedia, and Studio M. The highly coveted title of Branded Content Agency/Studio of the Year was split by agency size, with Ads & Data Brand Studio and Sanoma Content Studio taking home the top honors for their respective categories.
A standout highlight of the evening came during the individual honors, when Caroline Swärd, Head of Operations from Bonnier News was officially crowned Branded Content Marketer of the Year. Swärd’s visionary leadership and consistent ability to drive high-impact, creative results for clients earned her a resounding standing ovation from the London crowd.
A "Shining Validation" for the Industry
The significance of the evening was perfectly captured by Josh Robinson, SVP and Head of Forbes Branded Content & Design Studio, who emphasized just how much these accolades mean to the teams on the ground:
"The Native Advertising Institute serves an invaluable role in the global community of branded content professionals. Winning a Branded Content Award is profoundly meaningful. It celebrates excellence in our industry which is a shining validation for publisher teams, agencies, and clients."
