NAI+ Membership Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the membership agreement between the Native Advertising Institute ApS, a private limited company incorporated in Denmark, CVR no. 44566524, located at Lindevangs Allé 8, 2000 Frederiksberg, Denmark (“NAI”, “we”, “our”, “us”), and the individual or corporate entity applying for NAI+ membership (“Member”, “you”).
By joining NAI+ Membership, you agree to comply with these Terms.
NAI reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time in accordance with Danish law. Members will be informed of material changes. Continued use of the membership constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
1. Membership Duration, Renewal and Cancellation
- Memberships with annual payment plans run for 12 months from the date of confirmation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Memberships with annual payment plans renew automatically at the end of the term unless cancelled in accordance with Section 5.
- Payment is due in advance by credit card, invoice, or bank transfer.
- Memberships with monthly payment plans can be cancelled with one month's notice, effective from the first day of the following month.
- NAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership immediately in case of material breach of these Terms, including unauthorised use of membership content.
2. Membership Benefits
As an NAI+ Member, you and your team will enjoy access to:
- 1,000+ award-winning native advertising campaign cases with detailed KPIs and strategies.
- Exclusive research reports based on surveys, expert insights, and market analysis.
- Networking opportunities at NAI meetups, events, and industry gatherings.
- Discounts on event tickets for Native Advertising DAYS and Branded Content DAYS.
- Free submissions to the Native Advertising Awards. This requires a membership that is uninterrupted in effect from submission to winner announcement.
- On-demand talks and access to past conference sessions and online sessions.
- Training and certification opportunities.
Benefits are subject to updates at NAI’s discretion.
3. Membership Types & Pricing
- Tier 1: 1–5 team seats (1 executive seat + 4 user seats)
- Tier 2: 5–10 team seats (2 executive seats + 5-8 user seats)
- Tier 3: 10+ team seats (4 executive seats + 8+ user seats)

All prices are stated in EUR and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise specified.
4. Intellectual Property & Use of Content
- All materials made available through NAI+ Membership (including research reports, case databases, event recordings, presentations, training materials, and other digital content) are protected under the Danish Copyright Act (Ophavsretsloven) and related legislation.
- Membership grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use such materials for internal business purposes only.
- Members may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, publish, or share NAI+ content outside their own organisation without NAI’s prior written consent.
- Uploading NAI+ content to public repositories, AI/LLM systems, or third-party platforms is strictly prohibited.
Any breach of these provisions may result in immediate termination of membership without refund and may lead to legal action under Danish law.
5. Privacy & Data Protection
- NAI processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Danish data protection law.

6. Limitation of Liability
- NAI makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of membership content but does not guarantee that all information will always be complete or error-free.
- NAI shall not be liable for indirect losses, consequential damages, loss of profits, or data, except where liability cannot be excluded under Danish law.
- In any case, NAI’s total liability is limited to the amount of membership fees paid by the Member in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by Danish law.
- Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark, with the Copenhagen City Court as the agreed venue, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law.
