Benjamin’s career spans decades from creative and entertainment companies to media, including McCann, Taxi, TBWA\Chiat\Day, JWT, WP Narrative and now EssenceMediacom where he is Chief Creative and Content officer of the 2nd largest creative media agency in the world.
Benjamin joined EssenceMediacom with the fundamental belief that audiences don’t delineate between media and creative, neither should we. By reshaping their creative model, integrating media and creative teams, EM won their first ever Gold Lion and was recognized as the most creative media agency by WARC, 2 years in a row. At McCann, his concept for MGM Resorts won five Cannes Lions and was shortlisted for Titanium. Also at McCann, he wrote and directed his first film, The Greatest Action Movie Ever, part of an immersive social platform. The movie sold to Disney, premiered nationwide, and was a winner at SXSW.
He has served on juries for some of the most prestigious award shows: The Webby Awards, Communication Arts Awards, Campaign Big Global Awards, Digiday Awards, London International Advertising Awards, The New York Festivals, Effie Awards, and the ANA Reggie Awards.
