Samson Blay

Samson Blay is a Danish creative director, filmmaker, and co-founder of Højkant, a short-form agency dedicated to distinctive video storytelling. He combines a deep technical understanding of production with strong creative intuition, developing formats that feel authentic, playful, and visually striking. His work focuses on shaping short-form content that captures attention while remaining true to the story at its core. Samson has worked with video storytelling for most of his life, having picked up a camera at the age of nine and never really putting it down again. Alongside his agency work, he teaches at DMJX – The Danish School of Media and Journalism – where he focuses on practical video production, creative workflows, and turning ideas into compelling short-form content.
