Goals and objectives
BoConcept is a premium retail lifestyle brand, with close to three hundred stores in over sixty countries.
They sell Danish design furniture and offer interior design service. N365 got the opportunity to handle their digital marketing where the main goal was to increase the number of bookings of their interior design service.
To reach the goal (increase bookings of interior design services) we suggested native advertising on Meta in our media mix – a great success since native brought 89% of all digital bookings.
The Native campaign on Facebook made it possible to reach a relevant target group and talk about the interior design service, inspire and educate in an editorial context. With Facebook's tracking pixel, we optimized the campaign and saw where we had the best results. This combined with back-end data from the customer (quality of the leads and their clients’ investments) showed us where we had our best target groups and what kind of content and articles performed the best.
The campaign rolled in Sweden during 2 time periods 2022 — the first one in H1 and the second one in H2.
We produced a campaign site to which we drove traffic from Meta.
With buttons in the articles, the reader could navigate to BoConcepts' site and make the booking.
In total native advertising resulted in 601 bookings.
This collaboration resulted in a delighted client and this concept will continue throughout 2023.
