Kaylee is an Emmy-winning managing director and partner at Special Operations, a creative and production agency with offices in New York and Baltimore. She leads teams with a collaborative approach, overseeing the creation of commercial, branded, and documentary content for notable clients such as Meta, People, Inc., USA Today, and Tim Hortons. Her expertise covers the entire creative process, from initial concept through to final execution, ensuring each project connects deeply with audiences and strengthens brand stories.
With over 15 years of experience at the crossroads of media and marketing, Kaylee has established a remarkable career. She was a founding member of T Brand Studio at The New York Times, where she earned a Cannes Lions Grand Prix for pioneering VR work and launched the studio’s international branch in London. There, she collaborated with global brands including Emirates, Volvo, Samsung, and Cartier. Her background also includes producing and directing major campaigns worldwide and managing branded travel content at AOL Huffington Post, showcasing her ability to craft impactful narratives across diverse platforms.

Kristine Francisco is the Vice President of Design at the Forbes Content & Design Studio, where she spearheads the development of visually compelling branded content experiences. She combines her design expertise with strategic insight to lead her team in crafting engaging user experiences that leave a lasting impact. Kristine’s leadership emphasizes collaboration and mentorship, ensuring that each project achieves both creative excellence and thoughtful execution.
Her career spans a dynamic path through major entertainment companies and innovative startups, providing her with a broad and versatile perspective across digital, print, and product design. This diverse experience has honed her skills as a design leader dedicated to impactful storytelling and fostering creativity. Kristine’s commitment to driving results and nurturing talent has established her as a respected figure and trusted mentor in the design industry.
Vice President, Industry Engagement Marketing at J.P. Morgan Chase
Bria Bell’s superpower is storytelling. As a Vice President on the Payments — Industry Engagement Marketing team at J.P. Morgan Chase, she leads the Speakers Bureau for North America and Latin America. Bria's day-to-day includes partnering with internal teams, business stakeholders and subject matter experts in developing thought leadership engagement, highlighting and strengthening speaker/corporate influencer positioning at industry and client events. Bria previously worked as the Director of Marketing at a tech software startup in Dallas. Before that, this Texas native spent nearly a decade working as a TV reporter. Her journalism journey includes stints in Iowa, North Carolina, and her hometown of Dallas. She’s interviewed presidential candidates during the 2016 election year, battled Midwest blizzards on-air, and led coverage for the CBS affiliate in Charlotte during the 2020 George Floyd and Black Lives Matter protests. Bria graduated with a Master of Liberal Arts from Texas Christian University while balancing a full-time on-air job, is a National Association of Black Journalists member, and a career mentor for first-generation college students at Louisiana State University. Before that, she earned a Bachelor of Arts from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, where she was a part of the women’s basketball team. Outside the office, you can catch her working out in a HIIT class (probably kickboxing), searching for her next weekend adventure, or playing with her dog, a black and white Border Collie affectionately named Oreo.

Alex started his career in the film industry as an award winning cinematographer, shooting national commercials and brand films for over 10 years. Over time, he transitioned into directing and creative leadership, working directly with brands and agencies. A self proclaimed total nerd about high-concept commercials and ad campaigns, Alex brings that passion and background to creating visually compelling branded content at GET Creative.
